Welcome to Long Point Getaway. Long Point is part of a 40 km long sandspit in Lake Erie which is recognized as a biosphere reserve by the United Nations. We are approximately 1 1/2 hours southwest of Toronto. Long Point is considered to be one of the premier beaches of Ontario. Long Point Getaway is a family oriented cottage resort having a reputation for warm hospitality, friendly service and a pristine location.
We provide the convenience of being within a short distance of marinas, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and unique attractions. We are also minutes from Port Rowan where you will find grocery store and a pharmacy, as well as other services such as a post office, laundry mat, and churches. The long sandy beaches and quiet surroundings provide the perfect environment for walking, biking, swimming, boating or just relaxing.
